Exceptions resolve themselves.

Exceptions do not turn into support tickets. Each one has an owner agent and a rule, resolves on its own and shows on your order page as it happens. A deposit on the wrong network or without a required memo is outside these rules, and its recovery is not guaranteed. Learn what triggers an automatic refund.

  • Amount below the minimum or above the maximum

    Flagged the moment it lands and refunded automatically, minus the network cost of sending it back.

  • Different or extra amount on a fixed rate

    Owner: Sentinel

    It falls outside the locked rate, so it is executed at the market rate or refunded instead.

  • Pair or network paused before execution

    Owner: Router

    Nothing executes on a paused route. Your deposit is refunded in the same asset, on the same network.

  • Congestion, maintenance or a provider outage

    Owner: Executor

    The order is held, not dropped. It completes when service resumes, or it is refunded.

  • Market moves during a fixed rate

    Owner: Oracle

    Your rate stays locked for the full 30 minutes. Send the quoted amount in time and it settles at that rate.
