Fixed rate
The lock runs for 30 minutes from order creation. Send the exact BTC amount within that time and Oracle's ETH figure holds. Sending late, or sending a different amount, ends the lock.
Floating rate
Your ETH amount is priced at the market rate at the moment the swap executes, after the Bitcoin deposit confirms. The ≈ estimate can move a little either way.
